MaKe Fire Cider!

Hey Y’all!!! It’s been a hot minute since I have written a blog post. Like a real hot minute! The last 2 years of living with POTS/EDS/MCAS/SVT and running a busy Pilates studio which also had to downsize and move to a new cuter location and raising 3 babes and 2 pups things that were less important I had to put off unfortunately.

BUT… I have been thinking about all the things I have been missing like blog posts, writing, making recipes and getting back into the kitchen, new things to work on as the fall sinks in a little more and we head into the winter months. All this has been on my heart so I thought I would make it a little recipe and a blog post to get back into the swing of things again! I have missed my community and figured this would be a great way to start back up again!

So…As we get into cold and flu season it's almost inevitable for us to not get at least one round of cooties this winter! Stay a little more healthy this fall and winter and into spring with FIRE CIDER!

Want to skip out on all the over the counter meds? Here is a simple and easy recipe you can make at home and when you start the sniffles and sneezes just reach for a little shot of this brew and you'll be back yourself in no time!!
