Pineapple Ginger Green Smoothie
This Pineapple Ginger Green Smoothie recipe is great for adding in more vitamins and nutrients! The ginger and lime to help cleanse and detoxify. Spinach is high in Vitamin A which is great for your immune system. vision, and helps the organs function properly. Pineapple is also a rich source of Vitamin A and Beta Carotene, perfect for fighting those cancer causing free radicals. Vitamin B1 and B6 are great for energy production and help to break down sugars and starches in your digestive system. Perfect for midmorning pick me up, post workout snack or have it for breakfast with a little protein to kick start your morning! Too busy in the mornings to make a smoothie? Prep them the night before. I have been cutting and prepping things ahead of time to cut out the foggy headed morning rush! You could also bag them up for the week and store them in the freezer, then just throw it into the blender and done is less than 2 minutes! Fast and easy!Ingredients:
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 lime squeezed
- 2 Cups water
- Ice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Blend well.
- Pour into your favorite glass.
- Add a straw and enjoy!
