  • 1 bag of fresh Shishito Peppers
  • 1 Tbsp Red Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Truffle Oil
  • Foil or pan depending where you plan to cook them

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven or grill to 350 degrees
  2. In a pan or in foil add oil
  3. Place peppers inside the vessel
  4. Sprinkle with salt
  5. Cook for about 10 minutes-keep an eye on them so you know how blistered you'd like them
  6. Pour into a bowl and serve
