Here's what you need to make your own batch.

Ingredients:

  • 7-8 pitted Medjool dates- allow them to soak in water for 10 minutes to soften
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Matcha (Green Tea Powder) and a little more to sprinkle on top
  • 1/4 C Cacao Powder
  • Pinch Himalayan sea salt

Directions:

  • In a high speed blender add cacao powder, salt, matcha and cinnamon. Blend till blender well. Pour into a bowl.
  • Add to the blender the softened dates. Pulse till it becomes a paste. Save some of the water they were soaking in just incase you need a little more to make the paste softer. Add to the bowl with the powder mixture.
  • Merge the powder and paste together with your hands, till it makes a dough like consistency.
  • Roll into preferred sized balls. Place on a plate and put in the freezer for 20 minutes till firm.
  • Pull from freezer and sprinkle matcha on top.
