Spiced Turmeric Latte

Spiced Turmeric Latte

You're going to love this recipe! I woke up this morning to a kiddo under the weather and a whole lotta sneezing going on myself. Determined not to get what everyone else seems to be catching from these frigid conditions. I threw together this little ditty. It's packed with antioxidants, reduces inflammation, helps kick the winter blues, takes only a few minutes and it's so delicious!

You can find Turmeric any where these days. It comes in a powder, oil, you can even take it in a supplement form if you're not too crazy about the taste. Turmeric has been used in Ayurvedic Medicine, or a traditional Indian system of treatment. It's also been known to help with brain fog, fight arthritis and treat skin diseases and digestion issues. So run to your kitchen and make yourself a huge mug. It's perfect for those cold, frozen and snowy days! Love lattes? Make sure to check out our Matcha ones too!
